SP Kids/Young Adults (Special Needs) Cooking Lessons

Homefresh Special Needs Shopping and Cooking Lessons are great to aid your children and young Adults with living a more independent and healthy life.

Homefresh Special needs cooking program has been carefully formulated to build your children’s or young adults’ confidence in the kitchen, their independence and they ability to work and socialise with others. Our focus is on developing their cooking, knife and general kitchen skills, as we help them learn one of life's most important lessons; cooking healthy food from scratch for themselves and others.

  • Your kids/adults will learn to shop and cook with our Homefresh chef
  • Your kids/adults will develop a broad understanding of nutrition and cooking healthy food
  • Your kids/adults will develop their confidence and ability to interact with others (much more than a cooking class)
  • Your kids/adults will learn how to select fresh healthy and nutritious produce
